Alright I have weighed in this morning, wrote it down, went to church, ate an early Thanksgiving dinner(not as much as usual), then I went for a nice walk and I am feeling fine. I can do this... I can do this....
Christina I know you can do this.

Thank you so much for that!!! I can do it will be my mantra. I did excellent today. I ate right, I did lots of housework, and I even finished making ALL my Christmas gifts. I am feelin' good!

By the way, you look amazing!!!! You're my inspiration. ;)

Thank you, you're right. I'm doing this for my child and I know I would do anything for him/her when he/she gets here so why not start now! I love that advice! *hugs*

I weighed myself this morning and I did gain from the last time I weighed myself but only 7 lbs. I was sure I had gained 20+ lbs. So I'm back. I'm writing my food down, I'm exercising, I'm going to get stubborn. Thank you all for being here for me. *hugs*
    Welcome back,
You can do it. You will be successful at your weight loss.!!!!

I don't want to split hairs, but 'I can do it' denotes someday. 'I am doing it' denotes right now. As much as I love the book, "The Little Train That Could", I prefer 'I am doing it'. I want to be losing weight right now, not someday.

My new mantra, I CAN do it, I AM doing it'. That covers all bases.

My fabric is on it's way. Hope I held the line today. A Sunday with two parties is tough.

thelondonzoo, congratulations on a successful day.
    Carrie, you're looking good.

I can do it, I am doing it, I can do it, I am doing it...

I can happily say that all day. :)

BUT you are down! That is something to celebrate so I say go ahead and make that square. Think positively, you CAN keep it off.
