    I don't understand 1.6 a "tiny" amount?
When I lose a pound a week I am over the moon with happiness. You lost over a pound and a half.
    CONGRATULATIONS!!!
You are doing a great job!!!!

Congrats to all who have lost. And CJomomma your new avatar picture is so cute!

I started weighing every morning. It's been just shy of one week. I lost a pound during the week, and now I am back where I started. I haven't gained any from my original weigh-in. I think I will just weigh myself once a week. Then do my block or my yo-yo once a week.

I have found the weighing everyday can be too discouraging. Once a week is better, sometimes twice is good.

Yes 1.6 is good, however when you figure in the gains it is substantially less but I am "over the moon" non the less! Thanks everyone

If you weigh in more than once a week it just makes you either disappointed or to happy either way it may make you eat more. And yes Ican do this.... I am doing this..... Thank you.

Up to you. It's not a race and there's not a prize :-) Just a fun way to "mark" our progress! I only weigh once a week anyway, usually. I get too frustrated otherwise. I'm not a very good dieter, especially during the holidays.
