I think the holidays are going to be my down fall also. Going to family and all that good food.

We all need to go into the Holidays with a positive attitude.
I can do it and I will do it.
You need a plan and you can be successful.
    Again:
I can and I will do it.

Whoopsie I forgot to weigh in this morning. It was a REALLY difficult day, right now my head feels like it is going to explode. I am so angry at my siblings and my father that I have decided I have to remove them from my life. But, I am NOT going to turn to food this time. I can do this, I am doing this.

I'm so sorry! But I understand how difficult it is to have to let go of family because of difficulties. We had to cut off DH's parents got 2 years and are just now starting to speak to them barely. Find something to do besides eating. When I get that urge to eat out of habit I sew something. Hang in there, we are here for you!

I had to do that with my MIL it took 5 years for her to become human again. You can do this now. Read a book, make a square, take a walk, write in a journal. Anything but head to the kitchen,

I want to do that with my youngest daughter but the only thing from stopping me is my one year old granddaughter. My daughter thinks she can just do anything she pleases because her baby will be taken care of but if I don't do no one else will.

Well tonight is will be easy to resist the food, tomorrow will be another story. When my headaches get really bad, like now, my throat closes up. I couldn't swallow food if I tried. It actually can get so bad I can't swallow water. Makes it verrrry difficult to take any medicine. I usually take my pills before it gets this bad, but it really snuck up on me today.

This is what helps me. She is my heart and I want to be around to see her grow up.
