Seems as if my stomach shrank considerably and now it fills up so fast. Not complaining about that as it makes it so much easier to limit the caloric intake. Below 210 today the first time in 15 + years! Can't believe it. Over the Moon about it! Figure the knees don't need to carry two people around, one is enough and I AM getting there!
New knees AND weight loss. Life is good. ;)

I have done AMAZING today! I am in high spirits, have been eating well, and feel great!

This can only lead to better things. ;)

It can be very frustratiing! I was fine when i weighed friday morning and today I am up a pound. I was fine yesterday and never even touched the left over pie and cheesecake! I know its cyclical so I will not stress and you shouldn't either.

I gained a pound over the holidays. Not bad I guess, it could be worst.

I was really dreading my weigh in this morning, but I didn't gain! Of course there is no way I getting any flannel, since I haven't lost anything all month.
