    Quilting nana CONGRATS! wonderful job.

Marymc - I do eat the same thing a lot for lunch but after awhile I get bored and that is when I tend to binge one the salt/chocolate merry go round.

I've just finished my last meeting until after Christmas. These meetings are more like "eatings" so I can now have a break from the cheese and crackers, etc.. I sometimes skip lunch because I know food will be served so now I can get back to a normal low-carb eating routine. Christmas Eve and Christmas Day will be a challenge but I must persevere!

Congratulations to everyone on their weight loses, keep up the good work.
LaurieE, choose that pattern quick, then you will have a visual to focus on as motivation for success.
Wishing all a Merry Christmas and a slimmer New Year.

Christina, what a good choice. I have been wanting fried chicken all week but keep passing the KFC up everynight on the way home.

Congratulations Quilting Nana and others for a successful week. I am going to weigh in tomorrow.

    Lisa,
Great job passing the KofC every night. That can't be easy. Give yourself a hand.
Good luck on your weigh in.

Went to the store and stared at the cake then turned around and walked out. I celebrated with DH in a "grown-up" way when I got home. ;) HA! I feel great for keeping on track!
So did you make a baby? ;) ;) I sure hope so.

Well, I weighed in this morning and i gained. Not saying how much because it's not important. I need to kick up the exorsize and be more diligent with my food. I know a treat won't cause gains but several along with extra wine and food at the parties will. Keeping my eye on the prize and pushing forward.
By the way, we got a foot of snow on Saturday. I'll be walking on the treadmill rather than the sidewalk for a while. :)
