    Well it is weigh in day and I think I have finally gotten over the holiday goodies.
    I am 1.4 pounds down.
    I am back on track and am on my way to losing my last 26 pounds.

    Somehow I stopped getting notices for this thread.

    I'm down 48 pounds since March 2010. :D I'm almost to my goal. Almost there.. about 40 more to go.

    You all are doing great!! Keep up the good work. I happy to se others doing well with the weight loss. As long as I'm not gaining I'm happy. My Dad decided that if I could take the weight off so could he and he has lost 11 pounds this month. I'm glad because he was getting up there. We come from a family of big ppl with lots of health issues due to weight.
