We can be less "fluffy". We will be, we will be!!!
You are moving itn the right direction! One to two pounds a week is a good normal weight lose. CONGRATS!

Good going! Ten lbs lost is 36,000 calories. That's great!

I have been following WW online since last April Fools Day. i don't go to meetings. I've lost 63 lbs so far.

The tracking tools are easy, the recipes are great, the folks on the boards there are encouraging and supportive. It might be worth a try.

Quilting Nana, half way--that's great. My friend and I went to the Dallas Quilt Show today. Lots of walking--hope that works for exercise. Lots of beautiful quilts!

Yesterday was weigh in day but I was not home so I weighed in first thing this morning. I am down .6. My weight loss is really slowing down. But I guess I have to be happy that it is going down. Total of 27.8.

This is a great idea. I have several projects going now and a collection of civic war reproduction. This is getting my creativity going. Hmm...
