Thank you all. I'm still working at it, and some days are a real struggle.

I just have to realize it's a life plan and not a diet. It will never be "over" or "done." This is the way I will eat FOREVER.

Reading your posts is inspiring and encouraging. It's like a Weight Watchers support group, only free1

Good monday morning to everyone. I hope everyone had a good week end. Does anyone have spring where they are yet? We are expecting a warm up late this week. It has been a long cold snowy winter that I will be glad to see go. My weight was the same today as last week. This is good since I kinda took the week off from my lifestyle plan. I think I am back on today but i need to take it easy on myself and not overstress. Good luck to all!

What a great idea. I think I have about 40-50 pounds to lose....I better go check the scales. I just hate keeping track of what I eat and how many calories, etc. But I have to lose the weight. I'll start my chart today.

    thanks

Thank you. I just went and checked my weight (after saying my little prayer). If I want to get to a good weight I need to lose 35 pounds. My husband keeps goodies in the room where we watch TV at night.....It's so easy to just sit there and do the
mindless eating thing. I'm going to cut up carrots and get some "butter free" popcorn. Please, let's keep each other on tract.

I have a question that has nothing to do with weight loss. How does one get a "feedback score"? I'm at 0

Feed back is for buying/selling and swaps. I always forget about the feed back.
