Well, I'm just as fat as ever. Blergh. I hope to really ramp things up now that the weather is improving. It makes it so much easier to do everything. Between the dark and the cold, winter turns me into a slug. Glad to see you survived all the storms, well except for the van.

LOL! About the van. We have been storm free for 2 days now. Yipee!! Tho I stepped outside late last night and saw lightning and could hear thunder and almost started panicing. Thankfully it was down in Tenn. and wasn't coming our way, plus it was just a simple rain storm. DH says I am suffering from shell shock now.

I think I would be a little twitchy too. I actually saw the sun today!

I just saw on the news that starting late satuday night a system will move thru and could linger til Tuesday. They are still not positive on how fast it will move thru. My DD junior/senior prom is sat. so I'm hoping the storms will hold off til Sunday.

I really was hoping that when winter ended the weather would settle down somewhat. Doesn't seem to be happening. We haven't had the extremes that you guys have gotten, although we were without power all day yesterday after a tree got blown down just down the street.

    CJ,
I also not happy with the other weight loss thread. It got really bad. So I am glad you are here so we can encourage each other.
My computer is broken and will be in the hospital for at least a week. I can only get to this one occasionally so I will get back to you when I get my laptop back.

Hello, I joined here a long time ago, but haven't kept up. I've been busy with other quilts, so I haven't started my weight loss one. Maybe I'll take it to a guild meeting this week and cut it out there so the pieces will be ready as I lose weight. I'm the one whose pattern has 49 blocks and I didn't have 49 pounds to lose, so I'm combining inches and pounds to get to 49.

Everyday is a new day. I AM losing weight!!! Not if I had a caramel MooLatte from DQ for lunch. I guess I need to walk that one off. At least the sun is shining.
