I really have to start working my program again. Going to the cabin with my in-laws this week end but that's no excuse to not eat better today! Is anyone interestd in working with a pal to keep each other on track?
    YES, YES, YES
I lost 30 pounds and am now back on my way up. I have gained 3 pounds back and am very worried.
Today is Monday and I am going to go for my two mile wal and eat better.
My problem is that in July I will be going to volunteer at a camp and I know I will not eat very well.
Them in Aug I am going on a 15 trip on a cruise ship. I know I will not eat well.
My plan was to lose as much as possible and then make sure I exercise while I am gone and do the best I can.
BUT, I need to get back in gear BEFORE my trips!!
I am with you. I weigh in on Fridays and I will report my loss.

Sounds like there are few of us needing to get back on the bandwagon. I was down 20, with 20 more to go. After this past weekend, I am back up 3. :( I did get back to proper eating today, and plan to keep with it. Are ya with me? We CAN do it!!!!

Wish I could say I was only up 3 pounds. But I'm getting back on track.

Just checking in. My weight is stuck. Not gaining, but not losing either. My food is okay, my exercise is okay. My water - not okay. Do you think it really makes that much difference? I guess I could make an effort and find out. Now there's a wishy-washy sentence! All right, I will start drinking more water. Can't stop at 13 pounds off - that's only 26 quilt blocks and my pattern has 49. I'm doing two blocks for every pound.

It sounds like we all need a jumpstart. I recently told my youngest daughter about water with lemon and cucumber with some spices. She's only doing the lemon and cucumber and is dropping inches like crazy. She doesn't weigh herself, so I don't know about the pounds.

I AM losing weight and becoming healthier!!!

Carrie, we must have been posting at the same time. Three pounds is wonderful.
