I stepped on the scale this morning and I lost another 2lbs. That makes 5 for this month so far.

Thank you! I've cut out almost all snacking and it's making a big difference.

Today is my weigh in day and I will have to admit I am disapointed. I am exactly the same as last week. I exercised every day and stayed on course. I did have to replace the batteries in my scale this morning and had a hard time getting it to work so I will weigh in again tomorrow. I guess the good thing is I didn't gain. I have gained for the last two weeks so maybe now I will start going down again.

Doing a happy dance! I am down 1.3 pounds! I am ready for this week. Eat healthy, drink water and walk, walk walk. Of course today is family lunch so I will have to resist burgers and fries and have a healthy salad or chicken but I will be with my siblings and that is treat enough! Thanks for all the support from my friends here> Good luck everyone!

Yaaaay to all of you who are still losing. Yaaaay me, I am down 70 lbs and stll losing.

Yaaaaayyy also to all of you who are eating healthy and living in awareness. The healthy lifestyle is a lifelong choice. A diet is for a week. These healthy choices need to be forever.

We can either make excuses or we can make progress. We decide.
