I placed an order with them and got a call from them today. A very nice lady ask my Dh for me he didn't understand the compy name but came to the sewing room said its for you on your fabric order, did you order fabric??? Oh yes I said for our Granddght. hehehe . They were short on one of the fabrics but had enough for me 2 work with. So its shipping today. I have always had excellent service from them. But i was working on a problem quilt for a customer & forgot to ask if she was from the quilt blog GRRRR . If you want Great Fabric Great Customer service try Favorite Fabrics you wont regret it ...Just a satisfied customer .

Ditto that ... I've only place one order with them (so far) and had a great experience. When I end my fabric diet (end of year) I'll more than likely shop there again.
