    I too sew it together for colorful binding, but I also use a lot of it for Foundation paper piecing.

    What a terrific idea! I love strip quilts; the center strip is always the same fabric, but everything else is scrappy and a scrappy binding would be wonderful. Thanks for the idea. froggyintexas

    I usually am able to calculate my binding for what I need so the small strips are thrown into my doggie bag bedding.
