    The center is done- I paper pieced most of it - and it is FLAT!!! I was going to wait to post it once the borders were on it but here is a shot of it hanging over the railing ..... not the best shot - color wise - as the background is creamier rather than white but you will get the jist~~

    Wow, I don't know where they are selling for that much. In the Finger Lakes area, you can get them for under $500. Like many things, I guess, it's all about location.
