    I have worked with FW Poppy many times. He is very knowledgable and helpful. I've ordered online from him and recommended him to many friends and family members. He's extremely honest and dependable too.

    I have the acrylic foot on my pfaff and it irritates me - only because I forget to remove the foot when I change stitches to zig zag and break a needle on the plastic. I guess I wouldn't have to worry that much with my fw though. :?
