Feed dogs on a Singer 2010
I have a Singer 2010 and I can not figure out how to drop the feed dogs.
Is there anyone who could please help me out with this information? I just
finished piecing a 100" X 100" Chimney and Cornerstone top and I would love quilt it.
I will send photos later.
Thank you so much

This website might help:

Some quilters find they have more control with FMQ if they leave the feed dogs up. If you can't drop the feed dogs on your machine, the solution is to cover them (and set the stitch length to zero so they don't move underneath the cover).

I used to have one and if I remember correctly, there was a different throat plate you put on that was raised above the feed dogs. They couldn't be lowered. But it's been at least 15 years since I've had it and I might be remembering wrong!
