Congratulations, what a wonderful way to start your day knowing that you accomplished so much before going to work. You are a superwoman.

Love my quiet time .. No really I do, I could stay in my 4 walls of my sewing room and just churn out quilts, garments, crafts .. Ahhhhh yes the radio on easy listening.. the phone going to voice mail .. No TV.. no distractions other than my dog coming in and going .. Simplicity at its finest (with the exception of eating, and restroom breaks !LOL)

My favorite sewing time is in the morning. I like to fix a cup of coffee and then sew for an half an hour or sew before getting ready for work. Now that I have an empty nest, I can get away with doing that often.

Wow! You are very inspiring to me. It is only 6:45 a.m. here in NC and I should be able to get a lot accomplished by 8 if I could pull myself away from reading all these great comments on the board.

I love sewing before work. Some days that's all the time I get because I'm too tired afterwards. Did the rest of your day go great too?? I think it helps to spend part of your day doing something for yourself.
