Hi there, sorry for the late reply...ive searched all the places, amazon seems great, and 1 or 2 of the suggested shops, but they are a bit away from me in Barrie. Also am finding that purchasing already felted wool fabrics is pricey. so, im endeavoring to shop in thrift stores, and have done some felting already, with great results!

Contact some of the woolen mills to see if they have mill ends you can purchase. Felting wool is not a difficult process.

    Here's one in PEI

I noticed no one posted this one http://www.stitchintheditch.com/100-Wool-s/1038.htm .
it is a good source for vibrant colours which seem to be more difficult to find.

There are some great colors here! For those of you who use fusible backing please note that some of the wool pieces are not 100% wool. They will scorch if you use a high setting on your iron. Been there, done that.
