I am quite good really have a stash already and as I am new to the craft... wouldnt know what to buy anyway!!! I have some Bondaweb... and stupid as it sounds.. I dont know how to use it  I attended a 10 week quilting/patchwork course and we didnt really hit on Bondaweb.. but heard talk of it... Actually I am going to visit my sister this weekend and one of her neighbours, who does a lot of sewing.. asked my sister if she wanted any fabric as she was moving house and had to have a clear out.. so I have 3 big bags waiting for me!! cant wait to see whats in those bags!!! more excited about them than going away!!!

I feel the same way, though I waited a few days to answer. Especially since I work for an accountant!

I would have to average that out... So far, this year, it would come out to less than $50 a month. I go on splurges/binges. Spent about $150 earlier this month (fabric for 2 quilts, 40% off), but haven't spent anything for months before that. And won't for a few more. At least until I'm ready for batting and backing for the 2 of them.

I COULD go in my cave and pull out my black book that I tape all receipts in, so i can write description of fabrics, quantity etc...i have all the incriminating evidence from fabrics, to tools, books, etc.....BUT,
i am afraid, if I added up one month's worth...I might have a coronary, so I don't do that. In my head, based on a week's spending...hmmm, some weeks, nothing...means I haven't left the house, lol...then I am good...just buy small cuts...then woo hoo...like an overeater, i have been a good girl...go for it...with wild abandon, and spend a 100.00!
But it is not on plastic!!! I draw the line there, now. We got ours paid off, and not going there again, if I can help it.
so, bottom line...ummm, dunno....uh,...you sure confession is good for the soul? I don't feel guilty right now, lol
