    Default Finally got a Featherweight!!!

Got a Featherweight 221 today!!!! It was on Craigslist. I love it Wish I could post pix, but I haven't been able to since the new changes. She is a beaut, in perfect condition, lots of feet, original carrying case and manual. I can't w8 to sew with her. I don't usually name my machines, but I named her Vicki. I have a friend named Vicki Singer and that's where the name came from. When/if I can post pix, I will.

Oh boy! I bet you are flying high! I have my Mom's FW, I learned to sew on it when I was 4yrs old (now 67) and I have most of the original feet, etc. The case is rather battered, it went cross country several times, but I love it. Linda

I also named my FW after a person that I knew, Caroline Singer. We must have the same sense of humor!

Congrats!! I love mine. I looked and looked and bid and waited, and finally came across one in a flea market far from home. You will enjoy it for sure.
