They said that if you used a coupon, the "10% off your entire purchase" coupon did not count for that. Do they operate like that in all the stores?

Didn't go ... was in my sewing room and looked at the overflowing closet, and told myself "Nope, you don't need to set foot in JoAnn's !" Awfully tough, but somehow I resisted the urge ...

We have a brand new Super Store here, nice staff, but the quilting area has NO more floor space than in the old small location. There's more fleece than ever (for Houston weather?) and just more dollar store junk! They have one book display facing a wall, you'd never see it if you didn't know it was back there. Other quilt books are jumbled in with other craft books at the very back of the store. The quilt patterns are on a rack that makes it nearly impossible to even see them. Can't understand JoAnn's marketing, this lovely new store could be SO much better! Is it supposed to be Joann's FABRICS or Joann's JUNK Store???

Thank you, I am still upset that the Joann's by me in San Diego pulled all their good quilting books before the sale began so we quilters would not be able to purchase them at the sale price.
They left all the cheep old thin books that have been there for years that no one has bought in the past.
