It will depend on the size you want the block, or if you stay with the 18" block, 4x4 will end up 72x72 - 5x5 blocks will be 90x90". Do pm me if I can help with fabric, if I know what size you need the blocks

I have worked this up. If anyone tries and finds an error please let me know and/or post it on this thread.

Queen batting 90 x 108"
Block without border finishes @ 14"
x*Block with border finishes @ 18"*x
4 x 5 layout with 4" sashing = 76 x 94
4 x 5 layout with 4" sashing and 4" border = 84 x 102"

A Fabric 1 (Dark) - 2 strips @ 2.5"
Subcut to 20 squares @ 2.5"
B (G, H) Fabric 2 (Background) - 2 strips @ 3&3/16"
Subcut to 20 squares @ 3&3/16", then cut diagonally both ways to make 80 QST
C Fabric 3 (Medium) - 7 strips @ 1&15/16"
Subcut to 80 rectangles @ 1&15/16" x 3&5/16"
D (F) Fabric 4 (Medium Dark) - 4 strips @ 1&15/16"
Subcut to 80 squares @ 1&15/16"
E (K) Fabric 5 (Dark) - 14 strips @ 1&15/16"
Subcut to 80 rectangles @ 1&15/16" x 6&1/8"
F Fabric 4 - 5 strips @ 4&7/8"
