Default Finding a Pattern threw distributors list of customers and aquiring it.

Lastnight my dear friend found the table topper we seen on FB and decided we had to have it. Day after day we hunted well she found it at new leaf pattern distributor. I called and spoke to one of the ladies and then this morning sent a reminder email, which was good because she forgot to send me a list of the shops who purchase her patterns. I recieved the list promptly afterwards and began the search threw the list. I found Little Scrap Shop in Kokomo In who while I was on the phone with her, another employee in the shop was ordering it for me, before they even ran my CC. I am thrilled at the customer service and friendliness of this shop. Even though they don't have a website I'll call and inquire if they have what I might want in the future. I love a good shop with great customer service
    Regards Sandra

What great customer service by the Distributor and especially the quilt shop! And you didn't even have to be one of their "regulars" for them to help you. That in itself speaks volumes about them.

I also had a great experience with a shop I found while on vacation. I purchased some lovely flannel for a quilt for my husband and when I got home and started cutting I found I was short on two of the fabrics. My fault! Just guessed on amounts and guessed wrong. Called the shop and found they still had what I needed. Ordered what I needed and offered my credit card number. The response was "Oh don't bother. We'll ship it to you with a receipt and you can send us a check." Couldn't believe it. Got the fabric within the week and sent out the check. You bet I'll do business with them again!
