You could watch Cotton Theory on Nancy's notions internet TV program. Or go to You tube.

Fun and Done is quilt as you go. I enjoy doing it. In fact, working on one now. When you are finished, you're finished.

I always need someone to hold my hand when I try something new! Guess I am afraid to jump in the water by myself!

You Tube has some videos that show you how to do this as well...

I took a class at the Viking Sewing Center in Joann's for a table runner that's QAYG. I'm a hands on person (rather than book instructed) and it was amazingly easy and came out beautiful. Didn't think about doing a quilt that way. Will have to try that.

The table runner I did at the Viking class is called Flip & Quilt by Carolyn S. Vagts, out of a book called Serge Smart edited by Julie Johnson, but we didn't use sergers. Ours looked exactly the same on both sides of runner when finished. You can use different material on each side. Teacher wanted us to focus on learning the technique, so she requested we do the same for both sides. Went very smoothly, came out beautiful. Would definitely need to pay attention doing two different sides. You keep adding the next piece on until it's done. Then trim edges and bind. Really amazing!
