    Yes they are needleturned and a plate took me about five hours ( times 16) and the stars about 3.5 hours (times 15) and after that I lost track....... the seminole border was quite easy, adding the border to the quilt a bit difficult as it was all on bias and had to kept square.
    I would love to have such a chess watch. Whenever you start to work you push the button......
    As much as I would like to know how much I spend on piecing I get carried away and at the end I have to guess.
    The blocks are 15.5 inch square
    it really is phenomenal work.

    Very nice! You do wonderful work the back looks as nice as the front! My quilt backs always have a lot of strings and things hanging!
