    I would add some black & white checks, or better yet....white with black spots to play up the dalmations in the print. This could be used as borders or part of whatever blocks you choose.

    You could do a center panel quilt. You take your center panel, add one or two borders around it, add a 6" piano key border, and the top's done.

    It would make great quilts for kids. My son'w a firefighter and he'd love to have one for his son.
