beautiful, love it, if you are going to hand quilt it, outline the center and then do a allover design for the rest. If someone else is going to quilt it use someone who can do a computer special design for you.

That is a beautiful quilt!
I saw it on some fabric/quilting website and I wanted to try it, but I was told it had to be done in the Marcus materials in the kit because it had special prints or something - I couldn't use my own fabrics.
Did you have to fussy-cut the fabric? Are there special prints? Do you think it would work if I chose my own colors and prints?
You did beautiful work!

Your quilt is stunning and to think it is your first major quilt!. I will offer an opinion. Keep it very simple especially in the main body of the quilt. Stitch in the ditch would be nice if you feel confident; but, you could also do a quarter of an inch from the seam lines. Then you could take advantage of regular stitching on your machine or use a walking foot if you have one. If you practice on some scrap for a bit before hand I think you could do feathers on the border. This would allow you to do feathers and also not have to be concerned with a bunch of tight quilt stuffed in the harp space. We will look forward to see what you finally decide to do.

Your quilt is so awesome, you did a fantastic job on it. I'm afraid I don't have any quilting ideas, other than possibly quilting around your applique pieces and maybe some cross-hatching on the middle block.
