I like this quilt the way it is. Not ugly at all, in my humble opinion. How about using a brighter pink thread for the quilting? That might give a bit of pop that the other commenters have mentioned. If you planned to stitch in the ditch, try using one of your decorative stitches instead of a straight stitch to add a bit of interest as well.

Perhaps you could quilt it with a dark pink, or maroon colored thread? That would make the lighter colors of the quilt "pop" more.
I had a Double Irish Chain quilt that looked nice, but was a little on the bland side. I asked my LAQ what to do, and that was her suggestion. She used a dark green thread, and when it was finished, it really added to the overall look of the quilt, and I loved it. Since you don't really want to rework your whole quilt, this suggestion might work for you, too.

I AGREE WITH justflyingin. I WOULD DO A FLOWER IN THE LIGHT COLORED SQUARES USING A BRIGHT COLORED THREAD. FIND A THREAD THAT MATCHES OR COORDINATES WITH ONE OF THE COLORS IS YOUR PRINT FABRIC. THAT WOULD GIVE IT THE "POP" IT NEEDS. ALSO WOULD BE PRETTY ON THE BACK SIDE OF YOUR QUILT!

I think it is beautiful! I am a pink person I would quilt along all the sashings 1/4 inch in from the seam-which will result in a nice 'tic-tac-toe' in the darker pink cornerstones; quilt in the ditch along the narrow inner border; and then add a flowery pattern in the white squares. Whoever receives it as a gift will absolutely love it - I know I would !!

Looks pretty nice to me. It's simple and the fabric is lovely so what's not to like?

As to this quilt being ugly--I don't think it's ugly at all--just calm. I think if you could do some fantastic quilting (maybe a flower) in each pink square, or feathers, or something, that it would be fantastic. Not every quilt needs to be a "wow!" quilt--just like not all of us are "wow" people--some are just rather calm to be around--this is one of those.
I think it is beautiful! I agree that some people are not "wow" people! If you put a bright pink binding on it, that would help. Too much work has already gone into it and too much more work to redo it. It will be an asset to someone the way it is now!! I do not know how to quilt it though, I send all of mine out to be quilted.

I think it is pretty. Finish it, and if you still feel the same, donate it. Someone will just love it.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I think it is pretty. Some big feathers would look good to me.

I love pinks and I find your quilt to be beautiful so I wouldn't change a thing.
