    I used one to punch out hexie papers for a GFG. It only lasted through that one twin quilt and I reused a lot of the cardstock papers. It saved money over precuts but they dull and chip very quickly.

    I use the medium for my 3/4" and large for the 1" ones. they are a great co. and stand behind their products. had a problem with mine and they sent me out a new one the next day. I punch junk mail for my hexes.

    I don't use recycled paper, it seems to dull the punches. The one punch I used with junk mail and other throw away paper, dulled in a few months. I bought a ream of quality lightweight cardstock, the same as the precuts are made from, and my punches are over two years old and still sharp.
