Default Fiskars Squeeze Punch Hexagon cutter

I just saw these on Amazon. Has anyone here used this tool? I was considering it to cut iron-on applique paper. I would be using this instead of the "paper" pieces (for EPP). I know on Amazon you get all kinds of feedback, but all of you are my trusted go to people. I really want to know what you have to say.
    Thanks, Alice

Just taken a look. Found 3 sizes, small, large and extra large but no measurements. Have you seen any sizing ?

Extra Large is a 2" Hex - Large is a 1" Hex. Not sure what small is.

Real money saver over precut. I have the 2 inch and love it. Just use card stock paper.

    i have all 3.
the way Fiskars advertises the sizes:
Extra-large punch design fits inside a 2" circle
Large punch design fits inside a 1.5" circle
Medium punch design fits inside a 1" circle
so those would be the sizes from point to opposite point. from what i've seen, hexie sizes in patterns are given by the length of the edge. so the finished edge sizes would be 1/2", 3/4", and 1"

I have the medium and love it. I can cut my own hexie's using all those stray magazine inserts and heavy duty paper from junk mail. Glossy paper doesn't work well though.

Sorry, I have the Fiskars Extra large and it cuts a hexagon with a 1" side. It cuts thru heavier paper like resume paper but was disappointed that it didn't cut cleanly thru grocery cereal boxes. I got mine at JAF with a 50% off coupon.

I have it and love it. The thing to remember about it is it is a paper punch, like a hole punch. Not scissors. It isn't sharp. So if you can poke a hole thru it with a normal paper punch, it should work fine. Someone stood up in my Guild and said it cut fabric, Wrong!

I have all three sizes. I also have the Creative Memory hex punch in two sizes. I cut card stock with the punches with no problem. I use different color card stock for each size which helps me keep them organized. My grand loves to punch for me too. I had so many I bundled them in packages of 100 and sold them at our guild sale table. The punches won't last for ever and won't cut two layers at a time and will not cut fabric.
