I have all 3 sizes and find the 45mm to be the easiest to use. The blade on the 60mm seems to wobble and I have less control with it. I use the 45mm when I cut 9 fabrics at a time (the blade must be new or really sharp). That being said, get what you think will work for you.
Enjoy your new cutter, whichever one you get.

My 2 favorite quilting tools are the June Taylor Shape Cut & my 60 rotary blade, I can cut thru more layers with the 60 without having to press down so hard, as my hand strength in't what it used to be. The 45 will work in the Shape Cut just as well. I like the 28 for paper piecing

The 60 is too big for me. I like the Blue Dritz 45 cutter with the light and heavy setting. I have Fiskars, Gingher, Olfa, Fons and Porter, and a couple of generic ones. The Dritz and Fons and Porter are my favorite. My family puts a new cutter in my Christmas stocking every year. They think I use them up and will need a new one. LOL

Bree123, I would love to send a larger rotary cutter to you. I have several in different sizes, I love the 60mm the best, but also have the 45mm. Send me a PM with your address and what not and I will mail it next week.
