    I use a flannel sheet draped over the mattress and boxspring of my "spare" bed (they're leaned up against the wall).

    The comments about using grey really make sense. My sheet is light denim blue and I've never thought about it, but it really does disappear behind my blocks. Grey would probably be even better.

    Is it flannel - is there a fleece one also? Is it a special kind of flannel?

    i only know of a flannel wall ... Any kind of flannel will do...
