It ocurred to me the other day while working on FMQ a quilt for DD that is 80x80 inches, that the process reminds me of child birth. While I'm actually doing it, it seems very hard and such a struggle, but when I'm done with it I have such a feeling of accomplishment and so happy! Then I forget the "pain" and soon I'm ready to do another one. Once I start again, I think, oh, what have I gotten myself into now????? But, just like labor, there is only one way out, hard work! Thought some of you here could probably relate to this:) Happy quilting!

I did not forget the pain of childbirth, but I do want a second. I don't know how one can forget that pain.
