Default Foam Boards for material in Newnan Ga.

I went to the Doller Tree today and they had the foam boards. Lots of them. They must have just got them in because they told me they didn't carry them and had never had them. I got 40 boards. Now I need to know the measurments for cutting. Can someone help me ? I know, I've should have written down the info but didn't.

Here's how I cut mine. I make the length wise cut first and then cut each section down. The main ones measure 8 X 12.

I got my foam board from the Dollar Tree also! It is acid free too! I cut my boards 5" X 12" as this is what fit my shelves. I can't remember exactly but I got 9 or 10 out of each board. There was some scrap left over but I was okay with that!

Where in the store do you find these? I've never run across them, but then again I don't walk the entire store. Just go to what I need.

I found them at the end of the stationary/school supplies aisle. They were near the end cap in a box on the floor. They are not with the poster board as we would assume they would be!

I found that the foam boards actually take up too much space if you have a large stash. The acid free Comic book boards work much better. Believe me...I regret the decision to cut all the foam..I'm now in the process of using the comic book boards. =)
