So, does this mean that the store DID illegally copy and distribute the pattern?

Sorry for not being more clear. The store is in the clear. Some of Wing and Prayer patterns are in gray scale according to them. I should have got a color version picture of the finished quilt but didnt. I will ask the store where it is as they should have provided one but may accidentally left mine out.

What a stunning quilt! I Never buy kits, but this one... I might consider it. It is the colors that draw you in first then you being looking at the use of traditional blocks.

I made this quilt last year. I bought only the pattern at a small quilt show in my area. I then bought all the fabrics from HOP. I made the quilt in one month and a day, including quilting it on my longarm. I had never done such a complicated quilt before, but found it a wonderful challenge. I did a block a day. I downloaded the color blocks from their website which is a big help. No hints, just slow and steady wins the race. I found the directions very concise and easy to follow.

I know! This is a really large quilt too. Three of my friends have finished theirs and they are even better in person. It finishes to about 107X107
