What a keeper he is!! Mine always comments on how much I have.......so what does he know anyway? lol. I keep telling him its my "retirement" stash cuz I know it will be harder than heck to buy fabric once he retires and on a fixed income.

I don't drive anymore--health problems. Anyway the dh has had to take me a few times to Joann's and wait which with both hate! so on Black Friday he took me and had to spend 3 hours+ waiting and he hasn't forgotten it yet LOL I do have a friend that takes me sometimes but at there are times I do need to have dh take me. I try to use the internet alot but I hate buying fabric that way I like to feel the fabric first <G> the dh doesn't care what I get but he can't understand having a stash but he doesn't say much about it either. After all the health problems and his care for me even the nurses at the hospital told me he's a keeper

LOL! Your dear hubby is a doll! Did you check to make sure he isn't gearing up for a purchase of his own? That's what mine does. I'd been organizing too and put my fabric away all neat and tidy, all folded on one set of free standing shelves. It is wonderful to be able to see it all in one place! My DH saw that and blurted out. "You've practically got all of JoAnn Fabrics in here!" The poor guy's humor attempt fell short.
