I have Friday off so I have the 4 days off also. I am waiting for my 4th Grandchild to make his/her entrance into the world (due any minute) so staying close to home and have my list of "SSTD" (Sewing Stuff to do) ready to go.

With Sunday being on the 4th, Monday the 5th will be a day off for me, and I'm seriously thinking of taking either Friday or Tuesday off as well. That'd give me 4 days, so hopefully will be able to do lots of sewing. I am behind on more than one project, having had an elbow/forearm issue for a while now. The treatment? Anti-inflammatories and 'use as little as possible." Huh? How do I do that? It's my right arm, which is my dominant one, the left being basically only for balance, lol.
The local American Legion does a fantastic fireworks show at their annual carnival, held over 4th of July weekend. If the weather cooperates, we'll definitely be going to see them, have some fried dough and maybe a candied apple!
