Friendship Basket block

Friendship Basket block
Several years ago Alex Anderson had her Simply Quilts program on HGTV and showed a quick little block she called the Friendship Basket. She used 2 5"(I think) squares of contrasting fabrics and made a simple basket block to exchange. Does anyone have these directions or a link to this pattern?
