It's very cute as is, I would like to see a few of the blocks with some white sashing just to see exactly how they would look with light sashing. They do look good as is, I think it will be a really fun quilt, love the blocks.

This is not going to help at all...I can see it with sashing as well and like them both. I agree with lfstamper...lay them out on a solid sashing fabric and take a picture.

I really like it the way it is. It has so much interest and movement as a kalidescope. If you used sashing, either light or dark, it would stop that movement that is so interesting. I do think a small binding to finish the quilt would be nice just to frame it. Great looking project.

Great blocks, I like it the way you have it. I think adding sashing will make each one a study of it's own thus making it not flow as well.
Can't wait to see the completed beauty!

Going to be fun sewing those together with that y-seam. You could add HST to fur corners to square out and then sew in straight lines too...would give a different look....just a thought....good way to use strips.....

These look great! I wouldn't use sashing... I like the way the blocks play off each other without it.

depends on the look you want. I really like it as is, but if you used a neutral and narrow sashing you'd see the individual blocks better.
