I'm in the process of making my umpteenth bow tuck and was wondering if I can use two pieces of fleece (large scraps) instead of cutting new pieces the full size?

If it were me, I would. Might even zig zag them together.

If you butt them together it shouldn't be a problem. Since it is fusible it won't shift. I have put 2 pieces of batting together using a strip of light fusible interfacing and it worked out fine.
