    Not sure as I always pre-wash fabric. I noticed that the fuse wasn't sticking so I ironed again and it pretty much melted and got on the iron. I'm sure I use the right number on the iron. But I'll probably get a "new" batch and see if it happens again. I do like the pellon, when it works :)

    I have had pellon that simply would not fuse. But never found out wht. Now I will probably be sure and prewash without using softner. thanks..
