I'm going to be heading to our town that has a WM with a fabric dept so I'll have to check them out. Thanks!

I wonder if mine will have them. I may have to go look. I need toilet paper anyway, sounds like a good excuse to me. :-)

Our WM has always carried some fabric but noticed last week that they have more pre-cut pkgs and a lot more fabric - Disney, some designs that are new (at least for them) and she said there was more coming in. They also had some notions they haven't had in ages.

Our Walmart had almost no fabric/craft dept but when I went past, there was fabric so I asked & the lady said that they were bringing back the fabric dept because of all the protests that they had gotten!! Found some beautiful fabric & coordinating fabric at a great price!!

the walmart near me has never gotten rid of their fabric department and when i was there a month ago the lady told me not only will they never close it down but they have been ordering higher quality fabric for quilting and fashions.
