Garden Jane by Deelost

I started my version of Dear Jane on New Years Eve. I have changed so many times already that I fear I will not complete this massive undertaking. I'm counting on this message board to keep me focused and motivated to complete my quilted garden. Sandpat inspired me with her Chocolate Jane. I have trouble with color coordination and hate to make scrappy quilts, but this project has been in my head for at least a yr.! I also hate hand sewing so this is going to challenge my hand quilting as well.

Life itself is a challenge, so go for it. If it gets too difficult, walk away from it for a while. Have a cup of coffee or tea, or a glass of wine, whatever. Listen to lovely music that cheers you. Go to bed relaxed. Then go back and attack it again..sorry, go back and work with it again. One of these days it'll fall into line and no mater what its name is, what it can be called is "FINISHED".
GO FOR IT~~~we're all rooting for you. This is a sisterhood from all over the world..with a few brothers here who are experts in quilting and sewing machines.

Keep us in the loop with your progress so we can 'ooooohhhh' & 'aaaaaahhhhhh' & encourage you to continue! You have begun a good work. Now it is your duty to see it through to fruition and we will be glad to be your 'cheerleaders' and encouragers! Best wishes to you on your journey. Remember to cut it into small steps that will be doable and far less frustrating. I am definitely rooting for you. PM me if there is anything specific that I can do for you.
