    Yep sewbizgirl, I know the Jukis can be noisy and I kind of like that particularly in my Tl which is mechanical. Well Peckish, I've had that little machine in more spots on my sewing tables than I could imagine with no real improvement, LOL. But you do bring up an interesting point that had me thinking........the only different thing at the shop that I haven't tried yet is that their bench is quite narrow so the machine is quite close-ish to the wall at the back and was snugged in on either side between 2 other machines. Hmmmm, may go back into my sewing room and lug a table into a corner and see how I go. Thanks for the idea.
