Worked on hubby's camo quilt today. I had 3 different pieces of camo fabric that had to be pieced for the boarders and backing. I had been putting that off. Finally not only got the pieces together but sewed the borders on. Now just have to sandwich, quilt and bind! Ha, ha. -- JUST. I say that like its going to be a quick and easy process.

Also had a jelly roll quilt that I finally made a decision about boarder and backing. I had bought a beautiful royal blue batik but it didn't float my boat too much after I got it home. So, today I spread the top out in the living room floor with the potential boarder fabric next to it and just left it there a few hours. It grew on me. I placed an order with Connecting Threads tonight and ordered the backing fabric so it should be here in a couple of days.

That just leaves a lap quilt to be bordered and finished.

Anyone recognize a pattern here? I get to the boarders and for some reason move on to another. It will feel good to get them finished!

Hang in there...just think how good you will feel when they are finished. I know what you mean about...sandwich, quilt and bind. They always have that at the end of patterns...always sounds so quick and easy!
