    Default The ghost took it!

Getting ready to sew on the last corner block of a guild round robin......all 4 blocks were ready to go...got down to sewing the fourth block and......i don't know where it went! All of them were on my cutting board the last time I was in my sewing room. i swore that they were there when I started to sew them....sigh.just want to get this done! Now i have to scrape up the scraps and hope that I have enough to re-make the now missing block.

Did you sew 2 blocks together in one corner?

Tapper may be right. I have sewn two together before too. Check your blocks.

That happens here, I claim its the mice who ate my scissors, measuring tape.. So funny, how things disappear before our very eyes.. Not to worry, think most of us have done same..

I hate losing something in my sewing room. Did you have anything else out at your table little fabric or quilt magazines? You might have picked it up when you put them away.

So you have children or animals in the house. Remember the dog who ate homework. You might have one that likes fabric. hehehehe! But, I bet you have sewn 2 together. (I've done it plenty of times). It will drive you crazy till you find it.

I've done it too -- then I think I'm losing my mind. I generally find it in some weird place! Hope you find it soon. Keep us posted.

This was my first thought. My second was that two were picked up together and one "fluttered off" to land beneath a table or something.

As soon as you make a new one, it will show up. Let us know what happens.
