    Thanks so much for posting this information. I also dropped my scissors,.. from the top of the stairs to the bottom tile floor. I had just bought them about a half hour before that! I would love to send them in and have them restore them to fully functional. Thanks so much again.

    I sent all of mine (diff sizes and pinking shears) to Ginger for sharpening and adjusting and I was very pleased.
