In April 2010 I asked for...and received a nice bunch of fabric from generous quilters on this site. It was for my girl scout troop. Some of you got personal thank yous from the girls themselves and some girls just didn't get those notes out.
However they DID sew a quilt that I want to share with you here. I just finished it hand quilting it with two of the older girls. See what you think. It will be going to the local women's shelter for a special quiet room that they have. This was a real group effort and I really want to thank you all for paying attention and doing something. I hope you are as touched as I am.

What a great project for these girls! You have given these girls the motivation to stay in GS- thank you for your dedication to the girls.
