she also has wonderful fabrics for sale. I love most of her patterns and they are fairly easy to do. you just have to follow the pics on how to do it.
I like quilters catch also. as for fab shops that ship to you I am not sure. There are those out there that would know better than I. There is also a section on this board for people who are willing to redirect an order to you if there is a place that does not ship to you. That would be a nice thing to share with your fellow quilters. It might be a little bit more money to ship but sometimes it is worth it when you can't get a certain fabric somewhere else that is willing to ship to you.

I watch a lot of youtube videos. I especially like Missouri Star Quilt Company's video's and Sharon Schamber's.

I also watch videos on QNNTV.com, but that is a paid subscription.

Free Magazine: Quilt Possum is nice. Lots of ads, but content is nice. www.Quiltposium.com

    http://quilting.about.com/
This is a nice site with a newsletter. Lots of patterns and information.

Moda has lots of free patterns.

So nice of you to do this for your friends and quilting group. Some of the things I refer members to most are the Cathedral Windows tutorials:
    http://hyena-in-petticoats.blogspot....-tutorial.html
I give this link also because it is a different method. One method might work better for some than the other. http://www.quiltingboard.com/t-35742-1.htm

Also: attaching the binding & mitering:
    http://www.quiltville.com/binding.shtml
Also: Easy way to end the binding: http://ankastreasures.wordpress.com/.../binding-tips/
Also: How to turn the corners when binding:

Would be great to know how the meeting turns out.
Good luck to you and Bravo!

Three things I use the most are tutorials (i.e. this board, youtube, etc.), information from this board, and quiltville.

I spend a lot of time on the board talking about quilting but I have learned so much and gotten so many ideas, that it is worth it. www.quilterscache.com is a great site.
