    Love the quilt you made
    - I just bought that pattern from Keepsake also - but I am doing a beige/espresso/black/cream thing, very modern looking, maybe batiks. Glad to hear it's not too challenging! :)
    Thanks for glow/dark idea too

Thanks everyone for the comments. I guess we don't have to be kids to like cool stuff.

I just gave my 5 year old grandson a quilt with glow in the dark thread outlines of dinosaurs and his name. He was soooo surprised!! He keeps taking the quilt into the darkest bathroom just to see it glow. My DD says she can hear him in there laughing. LOL

I like the pattern, I imagine the glow in the dark thread is cool looking. May have to try that on my son's soon-to-be-started quilt.

I made a Halloween table runner for a friend and used glow-in-the-dark thread to quilt spider webs on it. I really liked the way it looked.
My daughter made the Happy Hauntings wall hanging & used glow in the dark to quilt around the ghost.

what a pretty quilt. I love how people on this board try the unconventional and think outside the square
